– Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and independence.

– Comply with all company policies, procedures, and protocols related to caregiving.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Non-Medical Caregiver or similar role.
– Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach towards providing care.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
– Ability to adapt to varying situations and handle challenging circumstances with poise.
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage caregiving tasks effectively.
– Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving are advantageous.
– Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
